PROJECT SCOPE
Megatrend was required to source a greenfield development opportunity to accommodate a regional distribution center. A key requirement was a large adjoining yard for outdoor storage.
SOLUTION
Megatrend were engaged with Heneways late in their property solution search. Heneways had already selected a preferred opportunity from their search and were in final negotiations, however the proposed offering did not fully meet their requirements. Even though we were engaged towards the end of the process, Megatrend were able to successfully identify an opportunity that accommodated all their requirements.
RESULTS
Megatrend were able to negotiate a 10-year lease on a greenfield development which met Heneways' distribution center requirements, as well as their need for additional yard areas.
