

Rob started his career in 2002 working for a specialist commercial property consultancy Bradford McCormack & Associates (BMA). After being put on the Exco in 2006, Rob played an integral role in the sale of BMA to global real estate firm JLL in 2011.
Rob stayed on with JLL from 2011 to 2020, serving in various senior roles, including heading up the commercial Tenant Representation team.
He has forged key relationships with a range of landlords and tenants, and currently represents a variety of global businesses in South Africa.
Rob broke away and founded Megatrend Properties with partners Garrick Faul and Bruce Fields in 2020, and now serves as the Managing Director.

Bruce is a Director and Shareholder at Megatrend Properties and specialises in occupier and tenant representation services. Bruce has focused on providing tenant representation services to his clients over the past 16 years. His experience in commercial and Industrial property includes client representation in greenfield developments, leasing, lease renegotiations, property sales, property portfolio management, strategy development and property cost saving strategies.
Bruce has gained extensive experience in his 30 years in the commercial property industry and has forged key relationships with industry leaders in South Africa. These relationships contribute to his ability to positively influence property negotiations to the benefit of his clients. Before joining Megatrend Properties Bruce was Head of Tenant representation services for Logistics at global real estate firm JLL.

Michael joined the Megatrend team in October 2024 with the key focus of new business acquisition in both the capital and leasing markets. Michael’s expertise includes deal making and transaction management, strategic planning and business case development, financial management and client liaison.

Prior to joining Megatrend, Mike spent 5 years at Broll Property Group in a transacting role, starting as a commercial broker before moving into Broll’s Transaction Services division as Senior Transactions Manager for several years. Prior to joining Broll, Mike garnered experience as a project manager for 3 years, working on several notable projects including Times Square Casino, Hotel, and Arena in Menlyn, The Leonardo and 92 Rivonia Road in Sandton, as well as a 20,000m2 warehouse in Samrand.
Mike’s experience includes tenant & sub-lessor representation, renegotiating leases, negotiating lease surrenders, sale & leaseback negotiations, and sale negotiations in both the commercial & industrial sectors, having expertise in creative deal structuring & financial modelling, strategy development & implementation, and contractual advisory, delivering optimal results on behalf of his clients.

Cambell recently joined Megatrend with a strong interest in Industrial real estate and plans to leverage learnings gained over the past 2 years having worked as a data analyst for a global logistics business.
