Megatrend were retained by NTT to optimize their real estate portfolio along with the real estate footprint of all group companies.
SOLUTION
Megatrend identified Group contact center company Merchants as an opportunity where professional assistance could drive through significant savings for the group. Megatrend embarked on a national optimization strategy looking to consolidate certain operations, regear leases that were above market and renegotiate expiring leases.
RESULTS
Megatrend assisted in securing various new sites for Merchants nationally and successfully renegotiated or regeared several leases around the country on behalf of Merchants. This strategy resulted in significant savings for the client as well as providing Merchants with new real estate that fitted in with their strategic vision particularly around staff access and mitigation of large set up costs.
