Megatrend manage Premier FMCG's property portfolio. The Johannesburg central distribution center was developed at Lord's View in 2018. The business required a second phase of the development to add to the initial development of 14 000 m².
SOLUTION
The adjoining site to the central distribution center was earmarked as an expansion option for Premier FMCG due to business acquisitions within the group, this expansion was accelerated and the additional 10 000 m² was negotiated with Equites.
RESULTS
Megatrend successfully negotiated attractive commercial terms for the second phase expansion which delivered rental and logistics benefits to Premier.
