Throughout his career, Grant has managed major global and local client accounts, guiding organisations through complex real estate strategies that balance cost optimisation, sustainability, and growth. He has held senior leadership roles at Jones Lang LaSalle South Africa, where he headed Tenant Representation Services for South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa, and at Investec Property Group, where he led commercial property development before establishing their acquisition and trading division. Notable occupiers in his portfolio include Coca-Cola, Sanofi, BCG, BankServ Africa and Heineken. These achievements reflect not only Grant’s technical expertise but also his commitment to aligning property strategies with the long-term business and cultural goals of his clients.
